5 , Q : How long can I expect to get the sample ?
A : Free samples will be sent out within 2-3 days. And for the customized samples, they will be ready for around 7 days. Please contact us for new mould samples.

6 , Q :Can I print my logo or design on the Product , what we should offer to you?
A: Yes, Any customized printing is available, please provide us your artwork in Ai,CDR, Pdf form. If you are not sure about the design size range, we are willing to provide you size format.

7 . Q : How to order ?
A : If all the details are confirmed, we will work out the PI for your last confirmation. Upon getting your down payment, we will start mass production accordingly.
